Sometimes we take detours along the way to where we are meant to be. But I guarantee, that all roads will lead you home. ~ Lianne

I remember the day.....

I came home so excited. My first LIVE event in California. I was hyped up. I was hungry for MORE.

I secured the domain name and went to town on creating my own website. I built it all on my own. And then started blogging. That was 2019.

A lot has changed since then.

New domain name.

A podcast.

A certification that was a long time coming.

And I'm ready to share it all.

So why am I back to blogging, you might ask? Because I discovered, or re-discovered that I actually enjoy writing.

Here are a few things that I've discovered over the last couple of years and something that might interest you .

No matter how much you might feel like you're off track, or that you've maybe stopped doing things that you love to do, you can be guaranteed that no matter what detour you may have taken, that you are exactly where you are meant to be and all roads will lead you home.

I can honestly admit that I became disconnected from myself over the last couple of years.

I'd like to blame it all on COVID, but to be honest, the disconnect began before that. But here's the thing about the life experience, you get to choose your next path, and the next.

Perhaps you have been on a similar journey, and if so, I'm so happy that you're here.

Here are a few places to start if you are READY to CONNECT BACK TO HER:

1. Make time for you

You've heard it before, It's NOT selfish to take care of you first. Yes, it can sometimes be difficult to set boundaries and actually make it happen, but ask yourself this: What will happen if you DON'T take time for you?

I'm sure you know the answer.

3. Have fun

Life really isn't as serious as we make it out to be. When you are living your life and you're showing up as your true self, you understand that nothing is that serious. So have a little fun.

4. Speak your truth

This one is important. So often, our feelings of frustration, depression, resentment is due to NOT saying what we want to say. Yes, it can be hard AF to speak your truth, but it's the only way to life an authentic life.

5. Show up every day with gratitude

For the past two years I have shared a 31 days of Gratitude challenge on my social media. Being grateful isn't just about the BIG things, I go deeper with you for 31 days. If you already have a daily gratitude practice, I applaud you. If this is something that interests you - then I've got your back. You can grab these daily prompts for 31 days, straight to your inbox, FREE.

31 Days of Gratitude

See you in the next one!
