NO GUARANTEES

The Spiritual Shiftworker, Lianne McAughey is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. The Spiritual Shiftworker, Lianne McAughey cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of most of the programs provided by The Spiritual Shiftworker, Lianne McAughey there are NO REFUNDS.

LIFETIME ACCESS

Upon purchase of any digital products, you will have lifetime access to them unless otherwise noted.

CALL CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

Any one-on-one coaching calls will be applicable to a 48 hour cancellation policy. If calls are not canceled within the given time frame and it is a NO SHOW, you will be charged the full coaching call fee. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. If the one-on-one coaching call was the BONUS when you enrolled or purchased any product, this is not applicable.

PAYMENT PLAN AND DECLINE PAYMENTS

Payments options will include PIF- Pay in Full or Payment plans. Payment plans will vary depending on the nature of the product. Due to service fees, there may be times that the payment plan option is slightly higher than the PIF option. In the event of declined payments, a three day remand will be allowed. In the event that payment is not received after 5 days, access to the program will be denied. In the event that payment is not received within 5 working days, a 5% per week interest charge will be applied to the remaining program cost. Access to the program will be denied until the account is paid in full including interest.

COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS

The Spiritual Shiftworker offers support to our clients and a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, with a solution that is mutually agreeable to both the client and The Spiritual Shiftworker. DISCOUNTS

When available, discounts will be available for a limited time only, as indicated on promotions. No extensions will be made for missed discount deadlines.
